Linear Irrigation Systems
Reliable and efficient irrigation solutions designed for rectangular paddocks and long field layouts. Irritech linear systems combine strong engineering, flexible water delivery options, and trusted components to deliver consistent performance in New Zealand farming conditions.
How It Works
Many of the core components are similar to a centre pivot system, including:
Linear irrigators are an excellent irrigation solution for rectangular paddocks and long field layouts where a centre pivot may not be the ideal fit.
Unlike a pivot, which rotates around a central point, a linear irrigator moves in a straight line across the paddock, applying water evenly as it travels. The system is motorised via a generator mounted on the main cart, with water supplied either through a drag hose or from a ditch-fed water source.

The key difference is the motorised cart, which controls the movement and water delivery of the system. These carts come in a range of sizes and configurations to suit different paddock shapes, field sizes, and irrigation requirements.
